I am a graduate of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado. Before deciding to train as a Certified Rolfer™, I had been self-studying the mind-body connection for 10 years trying to unravel the mysteries of my own body. I incorporate my sense of curiosity, wellness, interpersonal exploration, and passion for self discovery into my practice. As a Certified Rolfer™, I enjoy helping people explore their options for how to live an active and empowered life.
Rolfing® is a holistic manual therapy that helps to reestablish and realign the mind-body connection. Through tissue, joint, and bone manipulation in addition to movement education, we aim to improve the structure, function, and efficiency of the individual as a whole.
Rolfing® is a process in which the individual can discover his, her, or their potential within.

"I’ve been fortunate to have Kaitlyn work the entire 10 Rolfing sessions series and a number of movement sessions. I continue to see her at least every couple of months now. It is a process that has changed my life for the better. The high quality and warmth of care she gives has added to the overall alignment and confidence I notice and feel about being and moving around in my body."
